Join us for a fun filled day learning how to get to grips with chocolate.
This class will run on 16th April 2025 at Dinky Doodle Designs HQ in Nottingham (full details will be sent to attendees before the date).
Time: 10am until 4:30pm
During this class you will learn:
How to temper chocolate correctly
How to make & flavour ganache for filling chocolates
How to make chocolate shells for truffles using a mould
How to make hand rolled truffles
All the equipment needed will be provided for you and there will be the chance to purchase equipment at the end of the class to take home with you.
Lunch will be provided in the form of soup and bread, if you have any allergies, we advice that you bring your own lunch as we can't cater for these at this time.
